Goodwin Senior Living Campuses

Built on a foundation of purpose, built around you

Goodwin Senior Living Campuses are a part of Goodwin Living, a not-for-profit organization that is driven to support, honor and uplift the lives of older adults and those who care for them. Our campuses embody this mission: from our skilled and passionate team members that you’ll find around every corner. Our on-site eclectic restaurants with seasoned chefs. Art and cultural classes with professional instructors.

Heated pools with in-water aerobic lessons. Fitness and wellness centers, dietitians and personal trainers. And as importantly, the countless opportunities to help you fulfill your personal purpose—from volunteer work at nonprofits to spiritual and cultural wellbeing to education programs. All of it built to help you live life to the fullest.

Lifecare contract or fee-for-service contract?

At Goodwin Living, we offer two financial approaches to senior living. Our Lifecare contracts provide the reassurance of lifelong care through a one-time entrance fee and predictable monthly costs. Alternatively, fee-for-service contracts give you the freedom and flexibility to decide what’s best for your needs. It’s one monthly fee while still offering the comfort, community, best-in-class amenities, enriching programs, boundless opportunities to find purpose and world-class health care that defines Goodwin Living.

Priority Access

If you’re interested in one of our Life Plan Communities, we invite you to join one of our exclusive wait list programs. As a member of one of these programs, you’ll have first access to apartments when they become available.

Campus options

We’ll make you feel at home. The community will make you feel like family.

As a not-for-profit organization, Goodwin Living focuses entirely on you. You’ll feel that the first time you walk through the doors of one of our campuses. The team is warm, attentive and passionate. The community is active and welcoming. And there are boundless opportunities to learn, explore and fulfill your purpose.

Lawmakers and business leaders gathered on Capitol Hill yesterday to stand up for the rights of Haitian nationals living in the United States under Temporary Protected Status (TPS).

The current administration announced that termination of TPS for Haitian nationals will go into effect in early February, devastating hundreds of thousands of lives and families, and creating a ripple effect on the American economy and, in particular, senior healthcare services.

Goodwin Living President & CEO Rob Liebreich and Goodwin House Alexandria resident Irma Canan spoke out at this national press conference to emphasize the ever-growing need for supportive caregivers as the American population ages and lives longer than ever before.

"Nearly 1/5 of the Haitian community living in the United States works in the healthcare field. Without a reversal of this TPS termination in February, our country may face a healthcare national crisis…we will certainly face dramatic careflation, a significant rise in the cost of care in senior living and healthcare," said Rob Liebreich.

"Aging and support for seniors is a reality that ultimately touches us all," Irma Canan urged. "As of 2025, seniors represent 20% of the population.”

At its core, this call for action is deeply human and deeply American, as stated by Rob:

"These are people who have lived here for 5, 10 and even 15 years. They have raised American children. They have bought homes. They have built businesses. They have cared for our elderly, rebuilt our cities and kept our hospitals and nursing homes running. They have done everything we ask of those who come to this country seeking safety and opportunity."

Many thanks to @repayannapressley (D-MA) for capturing this moving footage.

A New Year mason jar luminary activity brought together Goodwin House Bailey’s Crossroads residents and SSSA students for an afternoon of reflection, creativity and connection. ✨

Guided prompts encouraged everyone to reflect on the past year and share hopes and goals for the year ahead before decorating their jars. Adding to the sense of community, two Fall 2025 interns Caitlin and Dome returned as volunteers to support the activity. A current intern Haley helped capture the meaningful moments through photos.

Moments like these highlight the lasting relationships and shared purpose that make Goodwin Living such a meaningful place. ❤️

Every Friday, GHBC residents come together to tie knots and create mesh bags that are donated to Arlington Food Assistance Center to help distribute food to neighbors in need. This week was extra special because the family of a team member joined us.

Young volunteers Will, Weston and Daphne jumped right in, while their dad added festive holiday music that filled the room with joy, laughter and energy. Together, everyone made over 6,000 mesh bags in a single day to donate.

Will and Weston even earned service hours as part of their youth scouting activities while giving back to the community. ✨
