Goodwin Senior Living Campuses are a part of Goodwin Living, a not-for-profit organization that is driven to support, honor and uplift the lives of older adults and those who care for them. Our campuses embody this mission: from our skilled and passionate team members that you’ll find around every corner. Our on-site eclectic restaurants with seasoned chefs. Art and cultural classes with professional instructors.
Heated pools with in-water aerobic lessons. Fitness and wellness centers, dietitians and personal trainers. And as importantly, the countless opportunities to help you fulfill your personal purpose—from volunteer work at nonprofits to spiritual and cultural wellbeing to education programs. All of it built to help you live life to the fullest.
Lifecare contract or fee-for-service contract?
At Goodwin Living, we offer two financial approaches to senior living. Our Lifecare contracts provide the reassurance of lifelong care through a one-time entrance fee and predictable monthly costs. Alternatively, fee-for-service contracts give you the freedom and flexibility to decide what’s best for your needs. It’s one monthly fee while still offering the comfort, community, best-in-class amenities, enriching programs, boundless opportunities to find purpose and world-class health care that defines Goodwin Living.
Priority Access
If you’re interested in one of our Life Plan Communities, we invite you to join one of our exclusive wait list programs. As a member of one of these programs, you’ll have first access to apartments when they become available.
